SHIPPING POLICY
Glitz Nails offers fast and reliable shipping for all orders. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your glamorous press-on nails reach you in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging each order to maintain the quality and ensure a delightful unboxing experience. Shipping costs are transparent and calculated at checkout, so you can make informed decisions with ease.

Orders will be dispatched to the address provided at check out, please ensure that the correct shipping address including postcode has been entered before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change or amend this address and we cannot be held responsible for an order being shipped to an incorrect address. If this situation arises, we are unable to offer a replacement or a refund.

Once dispatched, we cannot predict delivery or be accountable for courier delays. We do, however, keep all proof of postage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Glitz Nails, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. In the event that you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is here to make things right. In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt via email (admin@glitznails.co.uk).
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if something is not to your liking. If there are items missing from your order, please contact us immediately after receipt.

Please ensure you have read and understood our section on how to correctly apply the Semi-Cured Gel Nail Wraps. Refunds will not be issued for any issues caused by not following correct application procedures.

Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products or if the wrong order has been received. These will need to be returned to ourselves for inspection/testing. We do not issue refunds for used products.

You must contact us as soon as possible to get your return authorised, we will then issue your return code and return address. Please note we will NOT accept any unauthorised returns. We only accept returns within 30 days of your order date.

Goods must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging they were delivered in. Proof of postage must be obtained prior to returning, if the returns package goes missing and no proof of postage is available, unfortunately, in this instance we will not be able to issue a refund.

If a refund is to be issued, this will be made at the price paid for the item minus any discounts that were applied to the order ie Buy 3 Get 1 Free, plus free shipping.

Please ensure you pay the correct return postage. We will not be held responsible for returns not received due to incorrect postage. In this case we will not issue a refund.
